COMMUTERS are being warned that the A56 Dunham Road, in Altrincham, is currently closed while work takes place to fix a gas leak.
The road is closed from its junction with St Margaret's Road to its junction with Regent Road.
National Grid are working on the problem and the road will be reopened as soon as possible.
Motorists are advised to find alternative routes.
