Blue Square Premier
Moss Lane, Sunday, kick off 3pm
CHRIS Denham is still a doubt as Alty look to extend their unbeaten run to six games against Oxford United.
The pacey winger suffered bruised ribs in training las week and will be assessed before Sunday's game at Moss Lane.
Otherwise, the Robins should have a clean bill of health, although long-term absentee Val Owen is still out.
The veteran midfielder will continue his training prior to the game though and it is hoped he will be able to overcome chronic knee problems.
Form (last five games)
Alty: WWDWW
Alty are one of the form teams in the Blue Square Premier after an incredible run that has seen them win four of their last five games.
Everything has seemingly clicked into place, with the management finally finding a style and formation that suits the players at their disposal.
In the past it would have been fantasy to suggest Alty would take on Oxford while two places above them in the league.
But now that is a reality and there is no reason why the Robins shouldn't continue their outstanding run of form on Sunday.
Oxford: LWLWD
After a simply shocking start to the season, Oxford have enjoyed something of a revival in recent weeks, beating Rushden and Diamonds and drawing away at Torquay.
But a 2-1 defeat to lowly Lewes just two weeks ago indicated that the high-spending Us do still have frailties.
With key players, such as Phil Trainer and James Constable, back from injury Oxford are not to be underestimated but still, they are beatable.
Opposition key man
Phil Trainer. Possibly not one of Oxford's most talked about players, Trainer is a major threat all the same.
Graham Heathcote tried to sign the midfielder in 2007 and it's not hard to see why. Quick, tricky and a threat in front of goal, he is a real handful.
Trainer scored the late equaliser in Oxford's 1-1 draw at Torquay on Thursday night and is looking sharp after returning from injury.
