Chances reduced for our children

I AM another concerned parent who is unsure about the results last week from Stretford Grammar. I live within 100 yards of the school and it is my son's first choice of school - I find it very irritating to see children fromlocal authorities as far away as Bolton coming to take the exam and thus reducing chances for local residents whose children may not be in Mensa but nonetheless are capable of at least one level 5 SAT result which is stated in the advertisement to attract pupils to the school.

Appalled at driver's behaviour

AS a teacher myself, I was appalled by the behaviour of a school bus driver on Thurssday night. Approaching the Hale Road and Delahays Road junction the lights turned yellow.
